Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to AL ENSHAEY DECORATION TRADING AND CONTRACTING. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services in Qatar. By accessing our website, contacting us for services, or engaging with our company, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
SERVICES & QUOTATIONS
3.1 Service Scope: We provide services as per our Qatar Commercial Registration (CR) activities.
3.2 Quotations:
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless specified
- Prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise
- Quotations exclude VAT and government fees unless included
- Site conditions may affect final pricing
3.3 Changes: Additional work outside quotation requires written approval and may incur extra charges.
Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Schedule:
- 30% advance upon contract signing
- 40% upon completion of major milestones
- 25% upon project completion
- 5% retention for 30 days after handover (defect liability)
4.2 Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer to our Qatari bank account
- Company cheques (subject to clearance)
- Cash (with proper receipt)
4.3 Late Payments:** Overdue payments incur 5% monthly interest as per Qatar Commercial Law.
Project Execution
5.1 Timelines: Project timelines are estimates. Delays due to client changes, approvals, or force majeure may extend completion dates.
5.2 Site Access: Client must provide uninterrupted site access during working hours.
5.3 Materials: Unless specified, materials are as per Qatar construction standards.
5.4 Approvals: Client responsible for necessary Qatar government approvals (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
Project Execution

5.3 Materials: Unless specified, materials are as per Qatar construction standards.
5.4 Approvals: Client responsible for necessary Qatar government approvals (Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
WARRANTIES & LIABILITY
6.1 Workmanship Warranty: 12 months warranty on workmanship from handover date.
6.2 Material Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to contract value. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Delays due to client or third-party actions
- Force majeure events
- Pre-existing site conditions
6.4 Insurance: We maintain third-party liability insurance as per Qatar requirements.
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT
7.1 Safety: All work complies with Qatar Civil Defense and HSE regulations.
7.2 Site Safety: Client must ensure site is safe for work and disclose any hazards.
7.3 Environmental: We follow Qatar environmental regulations for waste disposal and pollution control.
Intellectual Property
8.1 Designs: Designs, drawings, and plans remain our intellectual property until full payment.
8.2 Company Materials: Website content, logos, and branding are our property.
8.3 Client Materials: Client-provided designs remain client property.
Termination
9.1 By Client: Client may terminate with written notice. Advance payments are non-refundable for work completed.
9.2 By Company: We may terminate if:
- Payments are overdue by 30+ days
- Client breaches material terms
- Site conditions pose safety risks
- Government orders halt work
9.3 Post-Termination: Client pays for completed work and materials ordered.
Dispute Resolution
10.1 Negotiation: Parties will attempt amicable resolution within 30 days.
10.2 Qatar Courts: Unresolved disputes subject to Qatari courts in Doha.
10.3 Language: English version prevails. Arabic translation available upon request.
Force Majeure
Neither party liable for delays or failures due to:
- Government actions or regulations
- Natural disasters
- War, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Other events beyond reasonable control
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Qatari laws, including:
- Qatar Commercial Companies Law
- Qatar Civil Code
- Qatar Construction Contracts Law
- Qatar Consumer Protection Law
Website Use
13.1 Content: Website content is informational. We're not liable for errors or omissions.
13.2 Prohibited Use: You may not:
- Copy or redistribute content without permission
- Use website for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack or disrupt services
- Post false or defamatory content
13.3 Links: We're not responsible for third-party websites linked from our site.
Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check "Effective Date" for updates.
